Features

The filter of the excavator is mainly used to protect the corresponding parts of the excavator, reduce the entry of impurities and dust, improve the working efficiency of the excavator and to prolong the service life.

There are many types of excavator filters. The common types are air filters, air conditioner filters, hydraulic tubing filters, fuel filters, hydraulic oil return filters, pilot filters, hydraulic oil suction filters and so on. These filters play an important role in the maintenance of excavators.

Installation

When replacing the oil water separator filter, close the pipeline switch first to prevent oil from coming out all the time.

Remove the oil water separator filter by turning the filter counterclockwise with the wrench.

Apply a layer of oil to the O-ring of the new filter before installation (do not add oil to the filter, as unfiltered oil will damage the filter components).
